Dr Paul Bird has >20 years of biologics drug substance manufacturing experience including within Manufacturing, Engineering, Global Business Change and now the Quality Unit at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies. Paul has a wide reaching technical background and numerous years of project and operations experience on which to draw with a PhD from University College London (Biochemical Engineering).

As Head of Quality Assurance at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies UK Paul is accountable for directing cGMP compliance and quality assurance for operations and continuous improvement of the quality culture.
