Biography

Louise Carpenter is the Pharmaceutical Development Manager at PCI Pharma Services, an integrated full service provider expertly delivering a seamless transition from development to commercialization.

After graduating from De Montfort University in Leicester with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Science, Louise spent six years working for Whitehall International/Wyeth Consumer Healthcare in Portsmouth, before moving to Penn Pharma (now PCI Pharma Services) within the Formulation Development Department in 2006. During her time at Wyeth Consumer Healthcare she studied at Manchester University where she attained her MSc in PIAT in 2006.

In her current role, Louise manages a strong technical team and provides oversight and support to her team and clients in the areas of Formulation Development, Technical Transfer and Scale-up of solid oral, oral liquid and semi-solid products for clinical trials and/or commercialization, including those classified as being potent.
