Biography

George Grimsey Jones works as a Life Sciences Sustainability Specialist at Croda. He’s been involved in the launch of Croda Pharma’s Product Carbon Footprints this year, making high quality granular product-level emissions data available to customers for the majority of Croda’s portfolio (>900 Croda Pharma products).
In his role he’s involved in generating and assessing technical sustainability data and metrics, as well as driving external and internal engagement, communication, and training around sustainability. His background was in biochemistry and microbiology before moving into sustainability at Croda.
