Biography

Radi got his BSc Pharmacy degree in 2000, and prior to joining the academia in 2013, he worked in a strategic planning department at an international pharmaceutical company that operates in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) countries, in addition to his last post as a Unit Head at Procter and Gamble’s distributor in the Gulf. Meanwhile, he started doing MSc Marketing studies on a part-time basis and completed those in 2007. Radi has extensive management, marketing and leadership experience, which he continuously implements to drive change and enhance performance. Having had certificates in both natural and social sciences added to Radi’s insights and ability to see various relationalities and complementarities between both worlds. As such, he progressed in his career and held various leadership and managerial positions in different countries, involving sales, marketing and logistics within the pharmaceutical sector. After that, he moved to working in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector as Head of Pharmacy Unit at Procter and Gamble’s (P&G) distributor in Saudi Arabia, where he managed a team to satisfy the demands of pharmacy chains in the region.
