Dr Hazel Garvie-Cook
Hazel Garvie-Cook MPhys PhD has been working in the Raman applications group at Renishaw plc for three years. With over six years of experience in Raman research, she now works on advancing Raman analysis in multiple fields, including pharmaceutical materials and formulations. Hazel received her MPhys degree in Physics from Durham University in 2011 and a PhD in (trans)dermal drug delivery strategies from the University of Bath in 2014. After finishing her PhD, she spent a year as a Research Associate in the Department of Pharmacy & Pharmacology at the University of Bath working on Raman imaging of drug delivery to the skin.
