Biography

Dave Rushton is the Founder of Paradigm Shift Consulting, the UK’s leading consultancy for GDP remediations, contract RPs, and all things GDP.

Paradigm Shift are Cogent assured trainers, members of CPD, and ISO 9001: 2015 accredited for training and quality management consultancy to the pharmaceutical industry and have helped gain and maintain licences since 2013.

The team includes subject matter experts, Responsible Persons, RPs for Import, Lead Auditors, Pharmacists and Quality Managers and are the leading company to parachute in an A-Team of remediators to prevent big businesses failing in the event of serious MHRA intervention and potential licence suspension.

Dave is also Chairman of the UK GDP Association and a Director of Canna Strategy, a company that licences the sale, storage and distribution of medicinal cannabis (CBPM).
