Biography

Alex Wheeler joined Wickham Laboratories Ltd in 2016 as a technician in our Quality Control section and was promoted to a Section Head within our Sterility section in 2019.

His keen interest in science particularly in genomics, molecular medicine and microbiology lead him to graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from Portsmouth University in 2015.  Since then, working as a graduate at Wickham Laboratories has enabled Alex to grow and develop his skillset, providing experience in a wide range of microbiological testing of both pharmaceutical and medical devices.
