Synopsis

The Catapult Programme is a government supported initiative which supports British Industry through a network of Centres; supplying key strategic infrastructure and skills for future innovation. CPI is a part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult and supports medicines manufacture through a number of initiatives. This talk will outline the work which CPI is doing to support novel medicines manufacturing approaches and innovation in medicines manufacture and supply. Specifically the talk will touch upon the integration of multi-scale models within a wet granulation process to enable predictive, automated, high-quality product production from a continuous process, amongst other novel approaches to medicines manufacture.
