1. Who can submit a proposal?
The Call for Presentations is open to all individuals and companies wishing to be considered to take part in the conference.
There is no limit on the number of submissions permitted from an individual or a company. More than one submission may be made by any company or individual as separate applications.
2. How are submissions reviewed?
Poster proposals will be reviewed by the event’s Advisory Groups on the basis of quality, originality, and relevance to the conference themes. Marketing-derived submissions, or those seeking to advertise particular products or services, will not be accepted.
3. Is there a Fee?
No, there is no fee for submitting a poster proposal, nor for successful submissions to be displayed. The submitter is responsible for all costs related to the production, printing and shipping of the poster to Step Exhibitions by an agreed deadline.
