Company Profile

IPEC Europe brings together more than 80 companies, including excipient suppliers and medicine manufacturers, to promote the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of excipients through knowledge sharing and harmonised standards. As an association, IPEC Europe encourages learning through networks and experience, providing a welcoming space to exchange ideas, science-based insights, and information, with a strong emphasis on cooperation. The association carries out its activities through committees and task forces focused on regulatory affairs, quality standards, distribution practices, and more. These groups develop guidance documents, organise workshops, webinars, and conferences, and provide members with a platform to collaborate, network, and drive innovation across the excipients industry. Building on its European work, IPEC Europe has been a founding member of the IPEC Federation in 2010, together with sister associations in the Americas, Japan, China, and India.
