Initiatives that enhance the sustainability of the distribution process benefit the planet and society.  This award recognises the achievement of energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and distribution load optimisation using intelligent management systems, clean transport, recyclable or reusable distribution packing and other initiatives.

We invite nominations for individuals who are innovators, passionate leaders, and influencers driving meaningful, positive change. Nominations are welcome for individuals at all levels and across all functions, from drug discovery to distribution.

The individual should be nominated by their employer with a 200-word explanation of their achievements and reason for their nomination. This could include but is not limited to: inspiring and motivating others; integrity and accountability; work ethic and dedication; employee morale and well-being; innovation and technology use; demonstrating an impact on efficiency or productivity; enhancing the work environment for those around them ; or effective decision making.
